On 29th March 2021 the acquisition of the Goldoni company was completed. Keestrack, a Belgian family-owned manufacturing company, has purchased the Goldoni manufacturing company from the Arbos Group. In 2020 the Chinese owners of Arbos decided to separate the Goldoni company and put Goldoni up for sale in October. Several manufacturers showed an interest in purchasing Goldoni, but Keestrack offered a manufacturing plan to save the factory and its workforce, as well as offering the best solution to make the Goldoni brand strong once more.
